13. Chocolate DIY Single Serve Protein Bar
Ingredients - makes 1 bar:
1 tablespoon of cacao powder, raw
1 large scoop of whey protein isolate
1/2 tablespoon of oil, coconut
1 tablespoon of butter, coconut
4 teaspoons of water, boiling hot
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoons vanilla – powder or extract
1 teaspoon of honey, raw
Directions:
Melt the oil and coconut butter by pouring them into your boiling water. Combine well.
Add the remainder of your ingredients. Mix with a fork. You shouldn’t need to add any more water if you take your time. Once the mixture is clumpy, knead it with your hands and form a ball. Add ONLY 1/2 teaspoon more water if you need it.
Form the mixture into bars. Wrap them in plastic wrap and put in your refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, until firm.
